Class style

How we train

Teenagers are taught within the primary program rather than in a children’s class. Instruction is adjusted to the individual, and partners and intensity are selected carefully. The initial launch does not include a program for children ages 5–12.

Starting as a beginner

Fundamentals come first

No prior experience is required. A parent or guardian should participate in the inquiry and enrollment process for any student under 18.
